Crustless Pumpkin Pie

This is the recipe you have been waiting for! This pie can be eaten as pie for dessert! But it can be added to vanilla high protein yogurt, with walnuts for a semi health snack. But the best yet was pie added to a shake. Add in milk of your choice, protein powder, collagen powder, pie and ice. Absolutely heaven!


Okay here is this super simple recipe:


2 cups pumpkin puree

1 can full fat coconut milk

3/4 cup maple syrup

6 eggs

1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1 pinch of sea salt


Mix in blender

Pour into 4 ramekins, sprinkle cinnamon on top, and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.

Use a pie plate and just bake longer is you wish.


Serve with whipped cream is desired.
