Be Energized Candlelight Yoga

Spring Yoga is here!


This 10 week series is a great way to unwind and relax after a busy day or weekend. Be gentle with yourself. Give yourself this time to nourish your body, mind and soul. This class is for all levels, men and women, beginners are welcome. We have participants as young as 20 and as old as 85 years. You are never too old to start. We begin this class with legs up the wall and a breathing exercise. We will do some stretching and Yin yoga postures. The class ends with Shavasana. This final resting pose aims to facilitate deep relaxation, and enhance your nights sleep.

  • Monday April 20

  • Monday April 27

  • Monday May 4

  • Monday May 11

  • Monday May 18 - NO YOGA - Victoria Day

  • Monday May 25

  • Monday June 1

  • Monday June 8


Cost is $125 for all classes and $16 per class, pay as you go.


Please bring a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a yoga strap, a blanket, a water bottle. A limited number of extra blocks and straps are available to borrow.


Time: 7:30pm- 8:30pm
