

Be Energized Candlelight Yoga
Winter Yoga is here! This 8 week series is a great way to unwind and relax after a busy day or weekend. Be gentle with yourself. Give yourself this time to nourish your body, mind and soul. This class is for all levels, men and women, beginners are welcome. We have participants as young as 20 and as old as 85 years. You are never too old to start. We begin this class with legs up the wall and a breathing exercise. We will do some stretching and Yin yoga postures. T
