Cauliflower Nachos
3 tbsp grapeseed or avocado oil
3/4 tsp chili powder
3/4 tsp cumin
3/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp salt
4 cups cauliflower cut into slices
combine and bake at 400 about 35 min. or until done.
Push cauliflower close together and then top with any or all of the following:
chopped tomato
avocado (diced)
Jalapeno peppers
cilantro
red onion
refried black beans or just black beans
chicken
ground beef
cheese
Bake until cheese is melted and enjoy with finely shredded cabbage and salsa!!
