2/3 cup pumpkin (puree not pie filling)

1 cup vanilla almond milk

1/2 frozen banana

1 tsp almond butter

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp ginger

1/4 tsp cloves

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

optional:

ice

spinach
