Want to Be Energized? These no bake Energy Balls will help keep your energy up when you are on the go. I like to store them in the freezer, and take 1 or 2 with me as a great on the go food choice.
1/2 cup Almond Butter or Peanut Butter
1/3 cup Honey
1 tsp Pure Vanilla
1 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Ground Flax Seed, Ground Chia Seeds, or Hemp Hearts
1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips (Optional)
1.5 scoops Protein Powder (Optional)
any seeds or nuts you like (Optional)
Combine all of the above ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Form into balls and enjoy!
