Recipe: The Best Bean Dip of the Summer!

When you're going to a party and you want something healthy to eat, prepare my bean dip in minutes! It's gluten-free, dairy-free and completely delicious. This goes great with organic lime corn chips or even multi grain corn chips!

1 can of rinsed lentils

1 can of rinsed black beans

1 chopped pepper (colour to your desire)

1/2 a red onion

3/4 cup of salsa

Cooked corn (Optional)

Lime juice

Catalina dressing (to your satisfaction)

FUN TIP: Add celery or cucumber if you want an extra crunch! Top with cilantro if desired

Mix and serve!
