Candlelit Yin Yoga 2025 in New Hamburg

This 8 week series is a great way to unwind and relax after a busy day or weekend. Be gentle with yourself. Give yourself this time to nourish your body, mind and soul. This class is for all levels, men and women, beginners are welcome.

Dates are Monday January 20 to Monday March 10, 2025. Classes will run 7:30 - 8:30 pm at the New Hamburg Legion, 65 Bouliee St, New Hamburg, Ontario.

All 8 classes can be purchased for $100, or pay $16 per class as you go.
