Healthy Mexican Burrito

Fry in coconut oil:

-2 bell pepper finely chopped

-2 onions

add in:

-corn

-1 can black beans rinsed

-cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder to taste

serve with

-spinach

-refried beans

-plain greek yogurt

-salsa

-tomatoes

-avocado

-cheese

Serve as a salad or on a wrap
